    Kevin is such a great guy to work with. From start to finish he was polite, punctual, up front with information and costs. He arrived before I left for work and was gone before I returned home. Aside from the work being complete, and very well done I might add, it was like he was never there (unlike our previous contractor). I've contacted him for other jobs since then and will always be my first call when I need something done around our home. See more See less

    Kevin and his crew recently renovated my 1950s home. They made it look and feel like new with the charm I’ve always wanted. Special unique requests from my pinterest ideas were brought to life and exceeded my expectations. Very responsive with any questions or concerns.     Kevin installed brand new doors and a new sliding patio door for me. As well as new outside lights to my home. He communicated a lot and talked me thru the whole process of what to get and what he was doing the whole time! He was very helpful and made the process so easy! He also was very good about clean up and got everything done in a super timely matter! I will definitely have him do more work for me in the future! See more See less

    I met with several contractors for my bathroom remodel. I chose Kevin because of his good attitude, he listened to me and my ideas without “mansplaining” to me ( an issue I had with some of the others). He was also the most reasonably priced. He’s a fantastic communicator, always responded to my texts right away. He was very punctual and respectful, as were any of the workers he brought with him. The project did take longer than anticipated, that was really the only downside. But I’m happy with my bathroom, his tile work on the floor and shower, especially. We are already discussing our next project together! See more See less

    We had a standing shower put in our half bath on the main floor. They are reasonably priced and easy to work with. The shower looks great. I would use them again in the future for renovation needs. Highly recommend them See more See less

    Chapman Surfaces and Tile did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom. We had them take the project up until it was time to paint and we did that ourselves. The tile in our shower looks amazing. They did a great job with the floor, crown molding, and installing the vanity. We couldn't be happier with the final product. See more See less

    We hired Kevin because we were looking for a small local company. Kevin and his partner Mike were very professional. Their work ethic was fantastic. They were so efficient that the job was done in one day! They made sure every detail was done correctly. Kevin kept me well informed and made sure I had a clear understanding of his process and he understood what I wanted. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions.     We’ve had Kevin complete several projects. A complete primary bath remodel was first and then a freestanding jetted tub and faucet along with the backsplash in our new home.     Kevin and his partner Mike have completed several jobs for me. Their level of expertise and attention to detail is unmatched. I first reached out to Kevin after being frustrated with the irregular and often poor quality of work being done by big box contractors and wanted to work with a local individual. This turned out to be an excellent decision as Kevin has been able to complete all jobs as requested in a timely and efficient manner, going above and beyond in all aspects including communication and quality.     Kevin and his team remodeled my master bathroom. He saw my vision and made it happen! He built a brand new shower with steam, repositioned the toilet, installed a new tub and vanity, and meticulously installed marble throughout. He knows what he is doing.     Our bathroom turned out incredible. Kevin prides himself is the quality of his work and it sure does show in the final product. He was so patient with all of my design input and answering all my questions along the way. Our bathroom was an undertaking as we completely changed the layout, but it was so worth the time it took to complete. I could not recommend Kevin and his team more if you are considering a remodel.     They remodeled our master bath 2nd bath kitchen floor put grab bars in downstairs bath fix shower after my heart attack was done before I got out of the hospital I highly recommend them everything thing is still looking good had no problems it's been 4 years easy too work with can't say enough good things about them See more See less

    In 2021, I decided it was time to update our ensuite bathroom. I called Kevin Chapman of Chapman Surfaces & Remodeling. After discussion, I chose him for the job. Once materials were selected and plans made, the work began. Because my husband and I were seniors, we decided on a curb free shower to avoid tripping hazards along with grab bars on the shower walls. Large rectangular wall tiles were chosen for the shower and the floors to have fewer grout lines for easier cleaning. An ADA compliant toilet was chosen and of course a new vanity. The remodel was everything I hoped for and more, Kevin was hard working and conscientious about doing good work. Since then, I have had him do smaller jobs as well such as adding railings to my garage stairs and my back porch stairway. One of the more challenging jobs was getting my textured ceilings brought into the modern age by covering them with drywall. I don’t miss the texture. Along with that a new sliding door was put on my hallway bathtub and a ceiling fan was replaced. New chandeliers were also put in my kitchen and my dining room. Last week, I called Kevin to remove the ancient TV antenna on my roof, along with removing my old clothes line poles in my yard which were no longer used. For jobs large or small, I recommend Chapman Surfaces TIle & Remodeling. You won’t regret it. See more See less
