I had a gap between my existing subway tile and my new microwave and found Chapman Surfaces Tile and Remodeling. Their website offered an online quote and within a short time, I was chatting with owner Kevin about our project. An appointment was scheduled soon thereafter. Kevin completely renovated a bathroom for me . He is a perfectionist, he even installed the stone floor in the shower one stone at a time instead of a 12x12 section as it comes on the mesh backing . I highly recommend this company . We couldn't be any happier !

Kevin and Team did a great job removing a chimney, creating a closet with the open space, putting up shower walls, and installing a tub. He was very flexible on dates when some items ordered were delayed. His team was very professional and walked thru the whole process step by step with me. We replaced carpeting in our basement with vinyl flooring. Kevin and his crew, especially Justin, were excellent. Communication was on-going and the job looks beautiful. Left the place clean and neat! Would highly recommend.

Excellent shower remodel by Chapman Surfaces! Kevin was very responsive. He came onsite within a day to listen to what we wanted, complete the measurements, and provide great options and ideas at a fair cost. He was also very available and responsive as we went through our tile selection. Eric did our work and we were so impressed with his care and thoughtfulness during the remodel. He does not rush the process and makes sure that we were informed of decisions during the work and that we were completely satisfied with the result. We had Eric working on our upstairs bathroom to completely renovate the tub shower combo into a walk in shower. The work is phenomenal, and Eric was kind and worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He is clearly a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. The owner (Kevin) was great to work with as well and made sure that the work started on time and that everything was the way we wanted it. There was a small amount of miscommunication, but it was resolved promptly and Kevin will be back in the spring to do a complete renovation on our downstairs bathroom. Kevin Chapman was fantastic to work with, very respectful and responsible and got right back to me and we lined everything up and even when he used some other contractors, he took ownership of the whole project and made everything go very well. The jobs all look nice and he was very accommodating. I highly recommend him.

We had a standing shower put in our half bath on the main floor. They are reasonably priced and easy to work with. The shower looks great. I would use them again in the future for renovation needs. Highly recommend them

Chapman services did an awesome job on the bathroom remodel. Converted a bath combos to a tile shower with excellent craftsmanship. The new flooring throughout the great room was installed fast.

In 2021, I decided it was time to update our ensuite bathroom. I called Kevin Chapman of Chapman Surfaces & Remodeling. After discussion, I chose him for the job. Once materials were selected and plans made, the work began. Because my husband and I were seniors, we decided on a curb free shower to avoid tripping hazards along with grab bars on the shower walls. Large rectangular wall tiles were chosen for the shower and the floors to have fewer grout lines for easier cleaning. An ADA compliant toilet was chosen and of course a new vanity. The remodel was everything I hoped for and more, Kevin was hard working and conscientious about doing good work. Since then, I have had him do smaller jobs as well such as adding railings to my garage stairs and my back porch stairway. One of the more challenging jobs was getting my textured ceilings brought into the modern age by covering them with drywall. I don’t miss the texture. Along with that a new sliding door was put on my hallway bathtub and a ceiling fan was replaced. New chandeliers were also put in my kitchen and my dining room. Last week, I called Kevin to remove the ancient TV antenna on my roof, along with removing my old clothes line poles in my yard which were no longer used. For jobs large or small, I recommend Chapman Surfaces TIle & Remodeling. You won’t regret it.
